Let’s talk postage

Good products deserve decent delivery. Here’s how we handle it.

We keep things straightforward, communicate clearly, and use Royal Mail because, frankly, they’re very good at what they do.

UK SHIPPING

For now, we ship within the UK only.

Keeping things local lets us move quickly, stay reliable, and avoid surprise fees or customs nonsense. International shipping may come later, but right now we’re focused on getting UK orders out smoothly.

QUICK DISPATCH

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days.

We also dispatch on weekends when we can, so you might see movement sooner than expected. Once your order leaves us, Royal Mail takes the baton and their delivery timelines apply.

ROYAL MAIL

We send orders using Royal Mail to balance speed and reliability – everything is sent using their Tracked 48 service.

Need something urgently, drop us an email before you order. We can’t promise miracles, but we’ll always see what’s possible.

SIMPLE PRICING

No clever maths or surprise add-ons at checkout, just simple pricing.

We charge a flat fee of £4, which helps cover postage, packaging, and getting your order safely from us to you.
Spend £20 or more (before postage costs) and we’ll cover the shipping cost for you.

If something goes wrong…

If your order hasn’t arrived within Royal Mail’s expected timeframe, plus one extra day to be safe, we’ll treat it as potentially lost. At that point, it’s up to you – replacement or refund.

We may need to let Royal Mail complete their checks, but we’ll keep you informed and won’t leave you chasing updates.
