The Small Circle is invite-only and participation is discretionary.
Commission is earned on qualifying orders only.
We can pause or end participation at any time.
Tracking and payouts are handled via our affiliate platform.

  1. About The Small Circle
    • The Small Circle is Small Statements’ affiliate scheme. It’s designed for a small number of people who genuinely like what we make and want to share it.
      Joining the scheme does not create an employment relationship, partnership, or agency of any kind.
  2. Eligibility and approval
    • All participants must be approved by us.
    • We reserve the right to:
      • approve or reject any application
      • pause or remove any affiliate at our discretion
      • do so with or without notice
    • Approval can be withdrawn at any time.
  3. Sharing and promotion
    • Affiliates may share their unique referral link or discount code in a way that feels natural and honest.
    • You must not:
      • misrepresent Small Statements or our products
        imply an official partnership beyond being an affiliate
      • use paid ads using our brand name or trademarks
        use misleading, spammy, or deceptive tactics
    • We’re aiming for trust, not volume.
  4. Discount codes
    • Each affiliate may be issued a unique discount code.
      Discount codes:
      • are for genuine referrals only
      • must not be shared on coupon sites or deal forums
      • may be adjusted or withdrawn if misused
    • We reserve the right to change or deactivate codes at any time.
  5. Commission
    • Commission is earned on qualifying orders only.
    • Commission rate is currently 20 percent of the order subtotal
    • Shipping, taxes, refunds, and cancelled orders are excluded
    • Commission rates may change in the future
    • Commission tracking is handled automatically via our affiliate platform.
  6. Payouts
    • Payouts are made monthly, by the 5th of the following month, once any refunds or cancellations have cleared.
    • Payment details will be collected after approval.
    • We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.
  7. Platform and tracking
    • Affiliate tracking, dashboards, and reporting are provided by our third-party affiliate platform.
    • By joining The Small Circle, you also agree to the platform’s relevant terms and conditions.
  8. Changes to these terms
    • We may update these terms from time to time.
    • The latest version will always be available on our site. Continued participation in The Small Circle means you accept any updates.
