    • We may update or change the Site at any time. We won’t deliberately break it, but we’re not promising it’ll be perfect 100% of the time either.

      We do our best to ensure descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but:
      • colours may vary depending on your screen
      • minor changes may occur without notice
    • If something’s materially wrong, we’ll fix it.

    • When you place an order:
      • you’re confirming the information you provide is accurate
      • you’re agreeing to pay the price shown
    • Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt — your order is officially accepted once it’s been dispatched.
    • We reserve the right to cancel orders where necessary (for example, pricing errors or stock issues). If that happens, you’ll be refunded in full.

    • Prices include VAT where applicable
    • Payment must be made in full at checkout
    • We may change prices from time to time, but never after you’ve placed an order.

  6. Subscriptions & recurring orders
    • Some products may be offered as a subscription. When you purchase a subscription, you agree that:
      • Payments are taken automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel
      • Subscriptions are cancel anytime, with no minimum commitment
      • Cancelling a subscription stops future payments. Any current billing period already paid for will still be fulfilled
      • Subscription products may be described as a “mystery” or “surprise”. Contents may vary from quarter to quarter and are not guaranteed to match previous boxes
      • We may make reasonable changes to subscription contents, suppliers, or themes over time
    • If you cancel after a subscription order has been processed or dispatched, that order will not be refunded unless items are faulty or not as described.
    • You can manage or cancel your subscription using the account area or by contacting us.
  7. Delivery
    • Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.
    • We’re not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or things generally outside our control — but we’ll help where we can.
  8. Returns & refunds

      • You have the right to return items in line with UK distance selling regulations
      • Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
